Come and immerse yourself in French village life and enjoy everything that Villeneuve-Minervois has to offer. You will enjoy a guided tour of this ancient settlement famed for its fabulous Plain trees that line the roads. On our walk we will pass the château and the old lavoir and visit the truffle museum to learn how the truffles are grown. Also included is a visit to a winery in the village and a short stroll or longer walk in the vines, which ever you prefer. During this immersive day you will learn how the wines are grown and made and at our tasting room we will taste olive oils and 8 wines carefully chosen from across the region. Also included is lunch at our village restaurant. Villeneuve is not a famous tourist village; it is a traditional French village much loved by its residents and this tour offers you the chance to experience life as a local.

The price is all-inclusive of our VeV wine expert, a guided village tour, winery visit, entrance into the truffle museum, vineyard walk or stroll, olive oil and wine tasting and a delicious lunch with wine in our local restaurant. You can arrive in your own transport or for an extra fee we will pick you up and drop you back to Carcassonne.
